The landlord-tenant court watch program will observe hearings, gather data, and collect stories and experiences about what court is like for St. Louis City and County tenants. The program will operate virtually until courts discontinue the virtual hearings and fully reopen the courthouse to the public. We will then begin an in-person court watch program.
